Loan and Credit the broker provides financial intermediation services

For companies from the Loan and Credit group based on brokerage agreements and is authorized to perform factual and legal activities related to the preparation and offering of loan agreements.

The actual annual interest rate (APRC) for a representative example of a loan granted via the Good Finance website is 57.73%, total loan amount USD 15,000, duration of the contract: 48 months, variable interest rate: 10% per annum; total cost of the loan USD 18,217.74 (including preparation fee USD 900, – fee for servicing the loan USD 295.5, – monthly – total USD 14,040.00, – costs of establishing the security USD 17, interest USD 3,260.74), total amount to be paid USD 33,217.74. The calculation was made as at October 10, 2017.

The authorized entity competent to settle the dispute arising from the Agreement between the borrower, who is a consumer and the lender is the Financial Ombudsman. In order to resolve the dispute between the lender and the borrower who is a consumer, it is also possible to use the ODR internet platform available which facilitates out-of-court settlement of disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs online.
